Al decides to build a doghouse for Lucky but, when he makes an absurd amount of noise in the backyard, Marcy has the building inspector inspect Al's work. When the inspector informs Al that the little house is not up to "code," he, along with the help of Kelly's boyfriend, Carlos, end up tearing down and rebuilding several times to get it right.
